À Nepita (named after the wild marjoram found in the Corsican mountains), which needs no introduction, is masterfully run by chef Simon Andrews, an Englishman who has lived on the island for several years and won a Macaron in a restaurant on the Route des Sanguinaires. An attractive formula, based on a daily menu-card, where everyone can find something to suit their appetite. Every morning, the chef goes to the market to select and make the most of freshly-cooked local produce. An authentic and elegant restaurant!

Service très agréable, rapport qualité/prix très raisonnable. Et une liqueur de nepita que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs… elle est à tomber !
S’il y a un restaurant à ne pas louper sur Ajaccio, c’est bien celui-ci !
