Restaurant offering an attractive formula, based on a menu-card, values local products.

À Nepita (named after the wild marjoram found in the Corsican mountains), which needs no introduction, is masterfully run by chef Simon Andrews, an Englishman who has lived on the island for several years and won a Macaron in a restaurant on the Route des Sanguinaires. An attractive formula, based on a daily menu-card, where everyone can find something to suit their appetite. Every morning, the chef goes to the market to select and make the most of freshly-cooked local produce. An authentic and elegant restaurant!

assurément l’une des meilleures tables d’Ajaccio pour ne pas dire la meilleure . Une cuisine raffinée, un service discret et efficace, une carte revisitée régulièrement par le chef. Le dessert « soufflet chaud praliné » un pur régal pour les gourmands dont je suis …..

Nous connaissons la cuisine de Simon depuis l'époque où il avait obtenu son étoile Michelin au Palm Beach.
Depuis nous continuons d'apprécier son talent de chef. Cuissons des poissons et des viandes parfaites, accompagnements goûteux.
En plus un service chaleureux.
En bref une référence dans la gastronomie.
