Antoine and Michel, son and father, are in the kitchen, while Chantal welcomes customers in the dining room. Fine flavors, masterful cooking and textures for a menu that changes every month. The plates joyfully exude the undeniable freshness of products sublimated with talent: mixed lobster and yellow poultry, lamb confit, samphire and artichoke tempura, homemade lobster ravioli...
