Superb restaurant where to enjoy a beautiful cuisine at more than honorable prices.

The paillote at the Cala di Sole hotel is open to all. In a chill, musical atmosphere, regulars and holidaymakers alike can enjoy tasty, generous cuisine at very reasonable prices, with their feet in the water and a view over the Sanguinaires Islands and the Gulf of Ajaccio. A warm and attentive atmosphere, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner on the large terrace, or even on the beach by candlelight. Deckchairs and umbrellas to digest in the shade, and the boss's expert advice on the best deals in the region.

Politique agressive à l’arrivée avec une imposition de la bouteille d’eau plate ou gazeuse ( 5€ la bouteille d’eau ) sans même demander les apéritifs … linguines aux palourdes sans aucuns assaisonnements ! Plat médiocre au vue du prix (28€) je ne recommande pas

Ich habe über Booking.com dieses Hotel für 9.9.-11.9.2023 2 Nächte gebucht, aber leider ist beim Buchungsabschluss über die Booking App das Datum, warum auch immer, geändert worden. Die Buchung ist für 9.10.-11.10.2023 durchgeführt worden. Mir ist der Fehler aber gleich aufgefallen. Ich habe sofort das Hotel und Booking.com kontaktiert und um Verschiebung bzw Stornierung gebeten. Schließlich war der Fehlbuchungszeitraum erst 4 Wochen später und das Hotel hätte mit etwas gutem Willen leicht das Zimmer anderweitig vermieten können. Dem Hotel ist durch die Fehlbuchung kein Schaden entstanden. Da es sich aber bei dem Angebot um "nicht kostenfrei stornierbar" handelt, wie die meisten Hotels in Korsika, war die Aussage des Hotels "dass Kulanz leider nicht möglich ist. Der volle Betrag wurde abgebucht. Trotz mehrerer Anrufe bei Booking zeigten diese sich auch sehr kundenunfreundlich.
