Founded by Jean Diot in 1960, this house vinifies with remarkable attention to detail and exacting standards. The chalky soils give the grapes great aromatic intensity. The style is timeless and refined, as evidenced by the careful, modern packaging. The range comprises four categories: classics, creations, limited editions, as well as wines and spirits such as coteaux-champenois blanc and ratafia. Not to be missed: the Jean Ragnotti magnum limited edition, an extra brut aged in oak barrels. Limited to 250 bottles per vintage.
