Een warm ontvangst met heerlijke champagnes. Het proeflokaal was wel erg zakelijk. Tijdens de proeverij hebben we drie champagnes mogen proeven. De Extra Brut Pur, de Brut Encrin en de Millesime 2013. Allemaal lekker en betaalbare champagnes. De Encrin was onze favoriet en drinkt lekker weg. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk en wist veel te vertellen over de champagnes en de geschiedenis van het champagnehuis. Ze sprak goed engels wat erg fijn was in de communicatie.
