Here, the master winemaker is Emmanuel Pithois, and this great man loves to show you all the different facets of his profession. On a visit, he takes you into the cellar, lets you taste his clear (not sparkling) wines and tells you about the work of the vines through the seasons. He goes on to explain the wine-making process. In 1925, Eugène Ralle, grandfather of the current generation, created his House through hard work. 30 years later, his grandson Pierre Arnould created his own brand. Joining forces, Pierre Arnould and Eugène Ralle Champagnes offer two distinct yet complementary ranges. The Cuvée Aurore, with its 6 years in the cellar, reveals a superb bouquet of spices. And what about the Brut Rosé? A generous, sunny 100% pinot noir!

At the heart of this family business located in Verzenay, ancestral know-how has been passed on since 1930 and history continues to be written thanks to the enlightened vision of Sabine and her husband who represent the^4th generation. Their vineyard covers 5 crus, all classified as Premier or Grand Cru, a guarantee of excellent quality that presages a magnificent aromatic alchemy. The House has a beautiful tasting room where you can taste the whole range of wines while enjoying the magnificent view of the vineyards and neighboring villages from the terrace!

Although the Maison Jacques Busin has owned vines since the 17th century, it was not until 1902 that it began to produce its own vintages, which have earned it its reputation today. The vines are worked in the greatest tradition to offer unique wines. The Cuvée Brut Tradition is a rich and intense wine, where the pinot noir expresses itself in the most beautiful way. The Cuvée Vieilles Vignes is made with Grand Cru classified vines of more than 50 years of age, it surprises with its superb minerality and ripe fruit!

In the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the Michel Arnould et Fils vineyard extends over 12 hectares of vines planted mainly with pinot noir. The wines of the domain are distinguished by their frank vinosity and their aromatic power. We find cuvees with a clear character like the Brut Tradition, a 100% pinot noir. The Carte d'Or cuvée is a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay grands crus, which come from the oldest vines of the estate. The nose is very expressive with generous aromas evolving subtly on the toasted.

"Let Nature and the wine decide" is the philosophy of this magnificent house located in the heart of the well-named Verzenay. The 5 ha vineyard is pampered, in a spirit of sustainable viticulture and respect for the environment. The originality of this brand? Plot-based champagnes, extra-brut, vintage, and for the great majority vinified in barrels. 4 beautiful cuvées, regularly awarded, and a coteaux-champenois make up this epicurean range.

The de Carlini family has been established in the region since 1955. Today, it is Aude and her husband Laurent who manage the estate and lovingly cultivate a vineyard of just over 6 hectares. The vineyard is spread over the Grands Crus of Verzenay, Verzy, Beaumont-sur-Vesle and the Premier Crus of Ludes, Rilly-la-Montagne and Villers-Marmery. Producing nearly 60,000 bottles per year, the House offers 9 champagnes that are regularly awarded in competitions and quoted in the specialized press. A special mention for the 2008 vintage.

Founded in 1820 and located in the village of Verzenay, the Chaudron estate, certified VDC, has vines classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru. In order to be able to discover the appellation through all its richness and diversity, the range is declined in several collections: the Classics (Grande Réserve and Rosé), the Plaisirs (Chardonnay, Blanc de Noirs), the Prestiges (La Belle Hélène and By Capucine), the Grains (Grains de Blancs, Grains de Noirs and Grain de Nature - B73). 40% of the estate's production is now sold for export. Rare wines.Since 2006, Hugues Godmé has been committed to organic and biodynamic viticulture to respect the natural balance of the terroir and minimize its environmental impact. The 2013 harvest was the first to benefit from the AB label. With 3 ha of chardonnay, 2.80 ha of pinot noir and 1.80 ha of meunier, Godmé champagnes are vibrant, pure wines. 12 nuggets to discover. Special mention should be made of Cuvée Douce Réserve and Champs Saint-Martin, an iconic grand cru that has been acclaimed by many connoisseurs and can be enjoyed with a clear conscience.
