The history of Castelnau began in 1916, in the midst of World War II. Created in honor of General Édouard de Curières de Castelnau, the brand remained in the hands of the same family until 2003, when it was bought by the Coopérative régionale des Vins de Champagne, which now brings together 149 crus from nearly 900 hectares of vines. Its cellars hold nearly 30 million bottles. Today, Castelnau Champagne remains a spearhead for its owners, who offer a range of 7 contemporary and timeless cuvées.
