Founded in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, the house was absorbed in 1985 by the Rémy Martin group, which had already acquired Piper-Heidsieck a little earlier. This renowned brand owns Gallo-Roman chalk pits as well as a 25-hectare vineyard that covers only part of its grape needs. A favorite is the Blanc des Millénaires 1995, a legendary vintage made from the best Chardonnay grapes of the Côte des Blancs, which won the gold medal at the 2015 IWC!
