Built in 1878 on the butte Sainte-Nicaise, this English neo-Gothic château is a landmark of the Rémois landscape. A guided tour of the estate begins with a 116-step staircase leading down to the cellars 30 meters below ground. The House has also developed a new concept, called "Visite Brut Royal", which invites you to visit the cellars on your own and discover every facet of the estate, thanks to a smartphone application. A huge disappointment. Very disorganized, rude staff, with a capacity well above what would be pleasant for this type of visit. The tasting place is a mess, nothing fancy about it. The place is beautiful, the building too, but the visit is stressful and strange. For the price you pay, I don't recommend it. There are other houses that offer a much finer and more pleasant experience. We took the Moet & Chandon tour and the experience was much better.

Le guide Monica a été excellente. Nous avons passé un super moment pendant cette visite guidée et honnêtement elle a montré que ça valait le coup de réserver un guide. Elle démontrait sa passion et son expertise excellente de la famille Pommery et des caves. Nous recommandons vivement, grâce à elle nous avons appris beaucoup de choses.
