Villa offering a guided tour followed by a tasting of Champagne Demoiselle

Opposite the Pommery champagne house is the Villa Demoiselle. Commissioned in 1890 by Henry Vasnier, legatee of Maison Pommery, it was built between 1904 and 1908 in a beautiful blend of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. Abandoned, Villa Demoiselle was reborn in 2008 after 4 years of renovation, thanks to the passion of its owners, Paul-François and Nathalie Vranken. The restoration work respects the original architectural style. A wonderful visit followed by a tasting of another jewel: the cuvée Demoiselle.

Construite au début du 20ème siècle, de style Art Nouveau, la Villa Demoiselle rachetée en 2004 par la famille Vranken, a bénéficié durant 5 ans d'importants travaux de rénovation. Superbe visite guidée suivie par la dégustation d'une coupe de champagne. Je recommande.

I love art deco houses and furniture but I don't drink alcohol. Why is the focus so much on the champagne? You have to buy a ticket with a glass of champagne. The ticket is too expensive this way and also your ticket is only for one hour. Feels like a tourist trap, this house deserves so much better! A lot of pictures of this review for the Villa are from the wine cellar across the road, you can buy a combination ticket.
