The cozy lounge ambience lends itself perfectly to an afterwork tasting of local wines from his rich menu, which alone includes some fifty exclusively Corsican references! At the table, the finest local produce is 100% Corsican: cheese and charcuterie platters, croque monsieur with lonzu and brousse, sweet potatoes with brousse, roasted cheeses... these are all comforting dishes to be shared in a convivial atmosphere.
