Hotel with a lift and twenty-four comfortable rooms in Reims.
Close to the train station and the city centre, this is a charming step. From the reception, you can enter a warm setting. A nice and friendly hostess explains the location. The hotel has a lift, rooms with a total of rooms, all equipped with warm and intimate spaces. Two qualifiers are very good in the hotel bar and in the comfortable lounge with its central fireplace. The Wifi system is available at no extra charge. Located on the Republic Square, the hotel is located opposite the Mars Gate, one of the oldest entrances to the city.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel porte de Mars début Mars. Nous avons opté pour la categorie chambre "supérieure" qui bénéficie de salle de bain rénovée.|La chambre et SDB était très bien, de bonne taille, bonne literie. L'hôtel et la chambre sont décorés avec goût.||L'hôtel est à 3min à pied de l'Arena (concert), et à 5-8min de la grande rue principale du centre ville. ||Les seuls bémol sont :|- la vue et le vis à vis (nous étions au 1er étage sur cour). Mais à peut etre l'avantage d'offrir un extérieur pour les fumeurs.|- le petit déjeuner très bon mais en arrivant à 10h, il n'y a pas eu de réapprovisionnement de vienoiseries /pancake (on en a eu 1 chacun de ce qui restait).||Le rapport qualité prix est très bien en soit.

While the hosts claim to be reachable by phone, they never answered calls or responded to texts, leaving guests stranded.
The company managing these properties appears to engage in underhanded activities. When complaints were raised, the staff became hostile and even violent. They acted as though they didn’t understand English during complaints, but when it came to matters of payment, they suddenly understood perfectly. This behavior is manipulative and unacceptable.
Additionally, when the hotel is fully booked, they rent out rooms they privately own, charging significantly inflated prices. One such property, located at Appartement L3 ARENA Reims Gare Centre, 3 Avenue de Laon, 51100 Reims, France, was reportedly built by the city council. This practice is exploitative, with the hosts prioritizing profit over guest well-being.
What makes matters worse is their use of intimidation tactics to extract money from guests. They have threatened customers with calling the police, but these threats are empty, as the police have no authority in such matters. This behavior is not only unethical but also deeply distressing for guests, especially families.
My family member, traveling with two small children, was left stranded on the streets from 9 PM to 1 AM. The hosts refused to assist or answer any calls during this time. Locals even warned them about the safety risks associated with these properties and their management.
