Grand Hotel offering stylish rooms at the gateway to the old historic centre of Reims.
Close to the champagne houses and the cathedral, the Grand Hôtel des Templiers is the discreet and cosy charm of a 19th century private mansion with a neo-Gothic atmosphere. Ceilings and staircase decorated with carved woodwork, as well as stylish rooms, equipped with marble bathrooms. There is also a free heated swimming pool, hammam and sauna. A little away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the Saint-André district, it is located at the gates of the old historic centre of Reims, a few blocks from the Place du Forum.

En revanche, une énorme déception sur la transparence des tarifs ! Sans nous en informer à l'avance, on nous a facturé 40€ supplémentaires simplement parce que nous étions deux, pour la même chambre. Bien sûr, la taxe de séjour est normale, mais ajouter 40€ sans prévenir est tout simplement scandaleux.
Lorsque nous avons découvert cette surprise au moment du paiement, nous avons expliqué que lors de la prise de la chambre, on nous avait bien parlé de la taxe de séjour, du petit déjeuner ect ..mais en aucun cas de ce supplément. Aucun effort de compréhension de la part de l'établissement.
Dommage, car l'expérience aurait pu être parfaite, mais ce manque de clarté et cette facturation abusive gâchent tout. Une transparence totale sur les prix dès la réservation serait la moindre des choses pour un hôtel de ce standing.
