Fully renovated gourmet restaurant offering fresh and seasonal specialties, meats in Reims

La Grande Georgette has taken up residence in the former fire station opposite the cathedral, from where you can admire the view from the terrace. Julien Raphanel and his team magnify fresh, local and seasonal produce. This fine cuisine is accompanied by a cellar book packed with champagnes from all over the world. The rarest and most sought-after winemakers are represented. The service is top-notch, warm and friendly. Being so close to and facing Notre-Dame de Reims crowns this wonderful experience.

La Caserne Chanzy... Beaucoup de oooh mais aussi trop de hic
Les + : évidemment l'emplacement sublime face à la Cathédrale Gothique de Reims.
La décoration qui a su d'une caserne de pompiers en faire un lieu design chic
Le personnel à l'écoute et réactif
Ce qui est juste normal pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.... 5....!

À propos de 5*:
Les - qui posent problème :
Un room service aux horaires et aux choix TRÈS LIMITÉS ! (contrairement au 24/24h affiché)
14h/18h20....pour un snack
19h /21h40...
Aucun plat cuisiné vegan

Chambre bruyante à cause des systèmes de clim /ventilation ? qui vombrissent toute la nuit

Équipement bancale : prise électrique décelée, barre de douche qui se détache

Et le service ménage... Fait tellement rapidement sans gouvernante : les draps de bain laissés par terre, les produits changés tout en shampoing...

Voilà si je rajoute que les soins au spa sont payables d'avance.......

Je dirai qu'il y a encore beaucoup de progrès à faire, sauf la Cathédrale bien sûr

Nous y avons déjeuné pour la deuxième fois et nos papilles se sont encore régalées !
Délicieux panisses accompagnés de houmous et olives de caractère, un savoureux bœuf black Angus et je ne parle même pas du dessert à tomber. À refaire !
