Brasserie-hotel near the centre, with terrace and swimming pool, offering bistronomic specialities from Reims

A few steps from the center, the Mercure hotel's in-house brasserie is well worth the detour, if only to sip a drink on its magnificent terrace by the pool or to admire the arty decor in a spirit of recycling and the sublime Biggy Lion fresco signed by Céz Art. On the kitchen side, you can taste specialties of Reims bistronomy: tartar with Reims mustard, Reims salad, burger with Rethel blood sausage and chaource cheese, andouillette AAAAA... We also love the XL size burrata and its crunchy vegetables from the Pompelle pick-your-own. Good and local !
