Address serving local products, fresh pasta from Champagne, burgers without ketchup and an artisanal bun

Come and taste the art of living in Reims! Andouillette from Troyes, red turkey from the Ardennes, roast piglet from the Champagne plains, the best local products are on show in a warm and friendly atmosphere and a décor that mixes vintage spirit and modernity. Don't miss the nominettes, fresh pasta from the Champagne region, with rainbow trout from Vendresse, gratinated with chaource or white truffle cream and Ardennes tomme. As for the burgers, the number one rule is no ketchup. We love the petit Rémois with its home-made bun deliciously topped with chaource from Mussy, Reims ham and honey mustard, a real treat!

Nous avons bien mangé avec des produits de qualité et de très belles portions. Le service était très sympathique, nous y étions un samedi soir (donc sans réservation) nous vous conseillons d'arriver tôt pour vous assurer une table.
