CHAMPAGNE MANDOIS
Since 1735, the Mandois family has cultivated a 37-hectare vineyard, spread over twelve prestigious crus, including Pierry, Vertus and Chouilly. The cellars were dug at the end of the 17th century beneath the church in Pierry, where, since 1742, Brother Jean Oudard, who worked in the vineyard like Dom Pérignon, lies buried. Today, Claude Mandois oversees the vinification. Here, each parcel is vinified separately before blending. Exceptional cuvées include Collection Origine, Collection 1735 and Collection Unique.
