You're sure to fall in love with this atypical winery. Founded in 1947 by Emmanuel Chopin, it has since successfully expanded into the wine tourism sector. Located on the southern slopes of Épernay, its 7-hectare vineyard is cultivated using integrated viticulture methods, and produces 8 champagnes in two distinct ranges: "Originelles" and "Classiques". In addition, the house offers a rarity worth highlighting with its 6 Champagne ratafias. To enhance the experience, friendly and fun wine workshops are also available on the estate.
