For him, no champagne is made without first trying to understand where the vine has drawn its strength and knowledge. In each of his parcels, the work is manual but it is not rare to meet horses. 7 wines, absolutely fabulous, are proposed by the House. A favorite is the vibrant Cuvée Heurtebise, a 100% Chardonnay with a sweet color and a beautiful mineral imprint.
