CHAMPAGNE BLONDEL
This house, created in 1904, develops its own champagne from 1985, becoming a trading company. Today the third generation operates a 11 hectares vineyard entirely classified 1 st raw and planted equally of chardonnay and Pinot noir. One area in one plot located opposite the exploitation, exceptional thing in Champagne! Work, tradition, hand riddling, regular quality in wines, the free visit, followed by a tasting, gives to understand work and production. Champagne Card Gold card illustrates the range: it assembles two thirds of Pinot Noir to one third of Chardonnay and then ages at least 3 years in the cellar: raw champagne that exists in bottle, half bottle, magnum and jeroboam. Rosé champagne, white white, prestige and old vintages are to be discovered. Many of these wines received professional distinctions.
