Founded in 1930, Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart is an extremely rigorous and demanding family estate. The owners cultivate their vineyards on Premier and Grand Cru terroirs. Located in Ludes, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Maison Canard-Duchêne, founded in 1868, has preserved the roots from which it draws its authentic, natural and warm character. Take a tour of part of the cellars to discover the main stages in the production of their champagnes, before popping the cork for the traditional tasting session. And if you've always dreamed of learning how to wield a saber to impress your guests, head to the century-old park surrounding the estate for an introductory saber-wielding workshop.

A tribute to time.The Rafflin family has been making wine since 1740, and today Denis Rafflin, supported by Noémie and Benjamin, manages this 9-hectare estate in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Their Blanc de Blancs cuvée stands out for its limpid color and brilliant reflections. Fine bubbles, powerful aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. This champagne is a real winner, with good acidity on the palate and a hint of minerality. A wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif! Pure happiness..

Situated on a Premier Cru terroir some ten kilometers from Reims, the family estate is now run by Régis and his son Guillaume. The range comprises a Brut Premier Cru harmoniously blended with the 3 traditional grape varieties, a Blanc de Blancs and a Blanc de Noirs (100% pinot noir). The Rosé is a blend of the 3 grape varieties and red wine vinified in oak barrels. The House also offers 2 emblematic cuvées: Nectar de Rheims and Secrets de Chêne, a wine rounded out by dosage and wood. And it's absolutely divine!

This estate, located in the heart of Ludes-le-Coquet, a village classified as Premier Cru, is run by the Forget family, who have been working on the estate for 4 generations. What makes the difference here is the wide variety of plots. The 12-hectare vineyard is made up of a mosaic of over 60 terroirs. Thierry Forget, a trained oenologist, produces racy, authentic cuvées. Forget's cuvée Marie Forget is an extra brut, produced in 1,000 bottles a year, with a low dosage (5 g/l) that's perfect with sushi.

Raoul and François Huré are the proud guardians of an inimitable savoir-faire. Artisans of thoughtful viticulture, they maintain natural grass cover and use organic compost with the utmost respect for the soil. Their range includes the Blanc de Blancs cuvée "L'Inattendue", a wine aged 4 to 5 years in the cellar, 100% Chardonnay from the terroirs of Ludes, Rilly-la-Montagne and Vavray-le-Grand. Intensely aromatic, with notes of citrus and white fruit, it's full-bodied and smooth on the palate. A real pleasure!
