After a long journey around the world, Julien Launois settled in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, to take over the family business with his wife Sarah and create his own brand, named in honour of his son Paul Launois, where he experiments with an amazing concept: Single Barrel. Ten tailor-made champagnes, vinified from the best plots in Argonne wooden barrels with a stirring system adapted to create a unique white wine. A limited edition auctioned in 10 lots of 216 bottles. To this VIP champagne is added a classic range composed of two white wines, Grands Crus, 100% chardonnay, composition and monochrome vintages.
