Since 1950, J. L. Vergnon, located in Mesnil-sur-Oger, has been passionately cultivating a 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru vineyard. Covering 5 hectares, the old vines are managed without herbicides and using integrated viticulture, certified HVE 3. The domaine offers a range of elegant cuvées, from Brut Nature to Extra-Brut, expressing the purity and minerality of the Côte des Blancs. Visits and tastings are available by appointment to discover this family know-how, with a tour of the traditional press and vineyard by Clément Vergnon.
