Restaurant in Saint-Jean-de-Côle offering good fresh products from the region, a local menu and colorful dishes.
The style of the restaurant is very classical, and it is a choice that pleases! The table is friendly. Everything is homemade, or almost, like the foie gras or the choux pastry of the profiteroles. The chef likes to work with good fresh products from the region, takes care of the presentation, and puts pretty colors in his plates. In the Terroir menu, you can enjoy a duck foie gras with pineau des Charentes, a must of the house (like the sweetbread). In winter, theme evenings are organized (sauerkraut, bourguignon...). We especially like the bread!
