DOMAINE GRESSER
Read moreDescended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 14th century, Rémy Gresser boasts a superb diversity of terroirs: the Grands Crus Kastelberg, Wiebelsberg and Moenchberg, as well as the Brandhof, Duttenberg, Saint-André, Kritt and Clos de l'Ourse. He offers a remarkable range of wines, some dry, fine and fruity, others aromatic, full-bodied and generous. Like Dr. Jean-Louis Soltz, the eminent ampelographer from Andlau, Rémy is passionate about the Grands Terroirs and a follower of viticulture in symbiosis with nature.
DOMAINE WACH
Read moreThe Wach estate has experienced a new impetus in recent years with the 7th generation: Pierre Wach and his wife Jessica, a Quebec sommelier. Concerned about the health of his vines and the quality of his wines, Pierre converted the estate to organic in 2022. He is also sensitive to technological advances and does not hesitate to use cryo-extraction to limit the inputs in his wines, a guarantee of finesse and precision! Here, dry wines are honored, such as the Riesling Andlau, a wine with aromas of squeezed lemon and a fresh, mineral mouthfeel.
