Friendly restaurant serving tasty cuisine by chef Hugo Ehrhardt, in the heart of the town of Andlau.

Respect for nature, a focus on Alsace's terroir, a desire to share: these are the 3 pillars of the philosophy of this new restaurant nestled in the heart of the town of Andlau. We love the wood-panelled, stone-built setting, delicately lit by subdued lighting, a source of serenity. On the plate, dishes that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to savor, using fresh, high-quality, mostly local produce. Many thanks to chef Hugo Ehrhardt for his beautiful dishes, and to his partner Julie Soiteur for her elegant and charming welcome.

Ce restaurant est à découvrir absolument. L’accueil est très sympathique, la cuisine est un régal pour les yeux et les papilles. Bravo au chef pour sa cuisine gourmande et délicate????

Très bon restaurant, on était 4 personnes et on est ravis, je suis vegan et ils sont su s'adapter parfaitement. Les plats sont délicieux ????????????

J'ai découvert ce restaurant par hasard et il est dans ma liste des restaurants qui arrivent à émerveiller tous les sens. Les plats sont visuellement superbes, les saveurs sont un délice en bouche, les narines frétillent de bonheur à l'arrivée de chaque plat, servis par une hôtesse charmante et le tout dans une très belle pièce joliment décorée. Je recommande vivement. Merci à l'équipe.
