In Nomine Terrae. Founded in 1912, this family-run company has always been ingenious and visionary. By 2031, it aims to convert 100% of its vineyards to organic farming, and is constantly looking for ways to minimize its carbon footprint. Among the 6 wines, we're sure to fall in love with the Cuvée Réserve de la Terre, an organic champagne with a relaxed expression, and the Cuvée Vinothèque 2012, a miraculous vintage. Actor Leonardo Di Caprio recently joined the company as a minority shareholder.

The history of this family begins in Damery in 1857 but today it is David and Cécile who run the business. The 11 ha vineyard is planted with the 3 traditional grape varieties to favor judicious blends. Here, malolactic fermentation is not practiced in order not to modify the organoleptic profile of the wines. We have chosen the Cuvée Cécile, a very fruity 100% meunier that will be a delight with mature cheeses.

Founded in 1915, Champagne AR Lenoble is one of the few champagne houses to remain entirely family-owned and independent. Today, the^4th generation, embodied by Anne and her brother Antoine, is at the helm. Guarantors of ever-improving but never-equalled quality, together they craft champagnes of the utmost precision from their 18-hectare vineyard on the appellation's finest slopes. A real favorite is the Brut Nature "dosage zéro mag", a very fresh and delicious wine to try with snacked fish.

Today, Philippe Haton, the^5th generation, holds the torch with his wife Isabelle and daughter Élodie. The same rule - tradition and identity - prevails in the making of each cuvée. The Cuvée Carte Blanche is the House's emblem. This Brut, with its lively bubbles, is easy to drink on any occasion. Founded in 1946, Delphine and Christophe are now at the helm of this house with a solid reputation. Their 30 ha of vines are cultivated using integrated viticulture methods. The cuvées are part of a simple, easy-to-understand range. We recommend the light-colored Cuvée Tradition, with its fine balance of fruit and flowers. A wonderful companion for an informal aperitif. In the land of Chardonnay, it's impossible to miss Cuvée Brut Blanc de blancs. Cheers!

For 5 generations, the Delabaye family has been carefully cultivating vines and making wine on the estate. The estate has 10 hectares of vineyards spread over ten communes. Special attention is paid to the vineyard.
