With an important part of his vineyard in first growth, Gilles Dumangin produces a quality wine that has been rewarded many times in champagne competitions. Today, he is the fifth generation to manage the estate. His Brut Réserve cuvée is a solid example of Gilles' fine work at the estate. Harvested in the vineyards of Taissy in Ludes, in1er Cru, the grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks. The nose is complex, rich and floral. In the mouth, there are notes of honey and hazelnut, with a fruity finish.
