The history of this family business only began in 1980, and yet the quality and awards are there. They only work with wines matured with the vintage concept, the result of an ancestral know-how, the alchemy of the nature of the soils and the quality of the 3 Champagne grape varieties, in order to elaborate champagnes that express themselves after three years of cellar and rest. Paul Hazard champagnes are characterized by an old gold color, by a fine bubble as well as by very greedy aromas and a final note.

Independent winemakers for over 35 years, committed and proud of their profession, the people who make up the history of Champagne Lacroix take care of all the stages of winemaking and take real pleasure in showing the fruit of their precious work. Anxious to offer champagnes of the highest quality, the estate has been equipped with a modern pressing center and vat room since 2010. Since 2016, you can also discover their tasting space. A vineyard of 13 hectares with a strong dominance of pinot meunier allows the production of 9 wines.

The visit of this family exploitation, through an offer of 4 different tasting circuits, starts with the vineyards, then the three Champagne grape varieties. We then go to the modern presses where we will see beautiful murals that illustrate the work at the beginning of the century. In the winery, we are amazed by the oak tuns decorated with sculptures. Finally, tasting inside a huge barrel that can contain the equivalent of 50,000 bottles!
