In this family business, roasting is not only a know-how, it is also a passion that is passed on from generation to generation. Pierre Karim, the patriarch and master roaster, knows his coffees by heart. As a true alchemist of flavours, he concocts in his workshop original and tailor-made blends, which enrich the range composed of vintages of around thirty origins and subtly flavoured coffees for gour lovers.
