Eggs meurette with champagne, foie gras nougat with red onion confit, codfish and its black risotto with vermouth sauce, the combinations are as tasty as they are surprising, the dishes finely executed. Vu le résultat je pense que le coté occasionnel va se transformer en habitude.
Tout y est . La qualité, la technique, la recherche, l'innovation, le gout. On sent la passion et l'envie.
La carte des vins est magnifique et on y trouve ce que l'on peut désirer. Très belle déclinaison de champagne.
Mais la restauration c'est aussi le service et je dois dire qu'il a été à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions. Ecoute, conseil, gentillesse et sourire.
Nous avons pu discuter avec Jerôme Feck et son épouse qui sont des personnes adorables.
Et j'ajouterai un merci "spécial et personnel" pour le Doyard Revolution.

86 eur for 4 courses but the food missed the element of "whoa" which you are looking for in a Michelin restaurant
Therefore a little disappointing but good location and views to spend the evening
