Establishment offering calf's head, offal and pigs' feet

A veritable institution in sparkling Venice, Maison Souply has been delighting the people of Chalonnais since 1930. It's Fabien Souply who carries on the tradition, revisiting with talent the great classics of French gastronomy. Tête de veau with ravigote sauce, chef's foie gras with chutney of the moment, homemade smoked duck breast salad... all cooked with Guérande salt! While we're in Champagne, we take the opportunity to sample a Menéhildian specialty: crispy pig's trotters and the house signature dish, braised sweetbreads with mushrooms.

Open Monday to Wednesday and Saturday, 12:00 to 1:30 pm and 7:00 to 8:45 pm; Thursday and Friday, 12:00 to 1:30 pm. Special group opening on reservation. Reservations recommended. Menus from €34 to €42. Formule: €21. Groups welcome (from 20 people). Parking available.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment… le menu du jour était très bon, bien cuisiné. Un accueil très chaleureux, vraiment je recommande grandement cet établissement ,)

Valeur sûre sur Châlons

La cuisine est bonne et réalisée à partir de bons produits, pour la plupart locaux.
L'accueil de l'équipe est chaleureux et le Chef est ravi d'échanger avec les clients sur son amour du métier.
La salle, malgré une réfection récente, pourrait encore gagner à voir son "ambiance" améliorée.
