Paul-Vincent Ariston's vineyard, certified organic since 2022, now covers 12 hectares. The company markets wines named after one of the family's ancestors: Aspasie. The wines express the rich, atypical character of their terroirs of origin. Special mention should be made of the Brut Réserve, a well-balanced wine with fine bubbles, aromas of white flowers and a lovely freshness on the palate, and the Brut Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay, which seduces with its finesse, lemony notes and liveliness, perfect as an aperitif!

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 4:30pm. Visits at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. by appointment, subject to availability.
Owner's Message
For five generations, the family has cultivated the art of the vine and perpetuated a unique know-how, rich in experience, gestures and passions handed down day after day.
While the estate has evolved over time, borrowing elements of progress and dynamism from modernity, each of these contributions has been integrated with extreme vigilance and respect for the fundamental values of the House: the demand for quality and fidelity to tradition.
As a symbol of this continuity, the old Morgen press, which produced a hundred barrels of wine at the turn of the century, is still carefully preserved and bears witness to the family's deep roots in the Champagne region.
