Brouillet is a small wine-producing village in the heart of the green Ardre valley, west of Reims. It has more than 85 hectares of vines, planted with the three Champagne grape varieties. Here, the pinot meunier dominates and offers to the champagne of the soil bouquet, fruity and flexibility. Open to visitors, the village's estates perpetuate a tradition inherited from several generations and also cultivate forgotten grape varieties, rare in the land of Champagne: arbanne, petit meslier, pinot blanc or pinot gris, to produce a champagne "cépages d'antan", an atypical blanc de blancs, very fresh, with a floral nose, of which only they keep the secret.
