Richard and Véronique Petit lovingly cultivate 2 magnificent terroirs classified as Grands Crus, and craft their own wines with patience and exacting standards. The range now comprises 3 great cuvées: Nuit Blanche, Ambrosie and Nymphea. On tasting, we had a soft spot for the first. A Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs born in 2009, this Champagne is a 100% Chardonnay with a lovely nose. A pure, fine, clean wine that enlivens the palate of connoisseurs, and is best enjoyed with refined iodized dishes such as a tartare with two 2 salmon.
