Inspired by Biodynamic viticulture, Marc's wife Emmanuelle has breathed her creative spirit into the world of Champagne AUGUSTIN cuvées. Every aspect, from identity and names to colors and materials, faithfully reflects the House's philosophy. These cuvées, rooted in the elements of nature, are the authentic reflection of their parcels. No artificial manipulations, just the pure expression of terroir. Marc and Emmanuel call themselves "coeurviculteur": they want to grow and mature their champagnes from the heart.

Connecting with life.Certified "High Environmental Value" and "Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne", this fabulous family estate is continuing to convert part of its vineyard to organic farming. The owners, independent winegrowers, will give you a 30-minute tour of their Maison before introducing you to their wines. Their trilogy of parcels is a particular highlight: Prôle, Côte de Chignon and Tortelue. Sumptuous!

You'll discover a charming house with a family history stretching back nearly 70 years. Today, Sébastien and his wife Carole cultivate the 5 ha of vines with great care and attention to detail. The range of wines is of the highest quality. Among the cuvées, you'll particularly appreciate the Signature Extra-Brut. This house belongs to the Cercle des créateurs de champagnes confidentiels, a group of only nine talented producers.

Since 1880, when the first vines were planted, the vineyard has gained in reputation and seriousness. Owner-managers for over 5 generations, their vineyards are cultivated using traditional methods with 2 grape varieties, pinot noir and chardonnay. The rich, well-balanced style of their cuvées perfectly reflects the typicity of this beautiful terroir. The wines are highly expressive. A visit and tasting in their cellars is an unusual and atypical experience. You'll have an unforgettable champagne experience!

Since 1982, when Daniel Laurent and his wife Martine took over the estate, Domaine Laurent Gabriel has forged a solid reputation in the region. The company's cuvées are produced from the property's three hectares of vines on the slopes of Avenay-Val-d'Or (Premier Cru) and Avize (Grand Cru). The Cuvée Grande Réserve, composed of 75% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay and 5% meunier, particularly seduced us with its notes of cooked peach and honey. Divine with honey-marinated duck kebabs!

The history of the domain is quite original, since its founder hesitated for a long time between his 2 passions: champagne and aviation, an activity that allowed him to rub shoulders with Mermoz and Saint-Exupéry! Since the 1990s, it is Brice who runs this sparkling house. The 6 ha vineyard is spread over 3 renowned terroirs: Avenay Val d'Or, Mutigny and Oger. The vines are pampered in the respect of nature. A favorite is their Rosé premier cru, a 100% pinot noir and their 2015 vintage with fine notes of candied fruits, hazelnut and acacia honey.
