Arnaud Sanchez is at the helm of this fine establishment. The Moulin du Grand Étang menu revisits traditional basics using local produce selected from local suppliers. You'll love the chicken and pig confit terrines, Rossini-style beef fillet, trout sushi and bite-sized babas. The setting is superb, between water and greenery, and the terrace comes alive in season with the opening of the bodega: the musical ambience accompanies summer formulas with a relaxed bias.

J'ai mangé au Moulin du Grand Étang suite au conseil d'un collègue. 100% satisfait. La cuisine était vraiment savoureuse.
