Feel free to participate as artists, or to come to the friendly opening of this festival, which is now in its sixth season. Don't think that this festival, hidden in Wassy, sees small. If it takes place every three years, and therefore in 2019, it hosts more than one hundred works. Watercolour is available in all its forms: travel diaries, nature, landscape, portrait...
