The talent of the chef, an inventive cuisine, mixtures of flavors ... with fireworks in the eyes and on the taste buds.

We discovered Louis and Cerise when they created Frais Maison. It's at Les Singuliers (formerly Le Chapeau Rouge) that we find them since July 2022. The chef was the winner of the Jeunes Talents Gault et Millau 2022 award, so it's no surprise to discover a high-quality menu that reveals the talent of its creator. The couple's cuisine is French, plant-based and sophisticated. The produce is fresh, seasonal and local. The signature dish features green lentils in three textures: surprising and delicious!

Plats délicieux avec des ingrédients frais tous de la région. Beaucoup de combinaisons surprenantes. J’ai apprécié la combinaison de vin offert. Excellent fonctionnement. On se laisse guider par une équipe au top.
Chaque assiette est une surprise avec des saveurs surprenantes et des produits de producteurs locaux.
