The talent of the chef, an inventive cuisine, mixtures of flavors ... with fireworks in the eyes and on the taste buds.
We discovered Louis and Cerise when they created Frais Maison. It is at Les Singuliers (formerly Le Chapeau Rouge) that we find them since July 2022. Given the young chef's background, it's not surprising to be dazzled by his menu and his know-how: he was the winner of the Gault et Millau 2022 young talent award. The desire of the couple is to offer a French cuisine, vegetal, and worked. The products are fresh, seasonal and local. The signature dish honors the green lentil, in three textures: surprising and delicious!

La cuisine est fine, inventive et intéressante. Le service est parfait, et le lieu aménagé et décoré avec goût.
Hâte d'y revenir au printemps pour voir ce que le chef fera avec des légumes nouveaux .
Le service est soigné, mais parfois un peu trop. Les serveurs vous remplissent les verres, tournent autour de vous et ce peut être oppressant.
Je garde sommes toutes un bon souvenir de cette découverte culinaire
