In 2022, Perrine embarked on an adventure in Spanish cuisine! She set up her Spanish catering business in Saint-Astier, offering a wide range of tapas and typical dishes such as paella. She also sells revisited pizza slices and verrines of cooked vegetables. But Perrine doesn't limit herself to her physical business! You can also find the Cro'Ibérique as a food truck on the markets of Saint-Astier and Neuvic. A catering service for companies and individuals is also available.
