This restaurant is unanimous in the Chaumontese as well as in the passageways, and the hotel does not dissolve (think to book!). The key to success? First, a superb place, with aerated tables, a friendly decoration including old enameled enameled plates. audaciously presented dishes, bold, bold and imaginative. Who will try sweet omelet in dessert? Lovers of sweet salad will be delighted by the fruits scattered in salads, the currants that color the dishes… There are menus for all scholarships and plates are copious.
