This restaurant is unanimous in the Chaumontese as well as in the passageways, and the hotel does not dissolve (think to book!). The key to success? First, a superb place, with aerated tables, a friendly decoration including old enameled enameled plates. audaciously presented dishes, bold, bold and imaginative.
