Very good restaurant with terrace in Ribérac offering home-made specialties with fresh and local products, traditional dishes.

The name of this restaurant is a tribute to the traditional chabrot in Périgord: a bit of red wine served in a soup base and to be drunk from the plate. Among the house specialities, based on fresh and local products, you will have the choice between traditional dishes of the French table (dishes canailles, confit, etc.) and more creative preparations like the pavé of veal raised under the mother at the trap of Echourgnac. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace and sometimes festive evenings with tapas and concerts on Tuesday evenings.

Excellent restaurant, cadre très sympathique et l'accueil des plus agréables. Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec des produits de qualité et délicieusement préparés. Un rapport qualité/prix incontestable !

Nous avons visité ce restaurant la veille de notre retour à la maison après une recommandation car les beaux-parents y étaient allés quelques années plus tôt. C'était absolument magnifique. Le personnel était très agréable et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous. En plus de cela, la nourriture était fantastique. Facile 5/5.
