LES CARMOTTES

Les Carmottes is a farm located in Anrosey, Haute-Marne. Jeanne-Marie Collin welcomes you to this charming village to show you around her dairy farm and her original jam workshop. By appointment, you can taste these amazing jams, visit the garden and the farm, and watch the cows being milked and the calves being cared for. The farm also has a sales outlet where you can buy farm products such as jams, jellies, fruit jellies, rabbit and duck terrines, local wines and honeys. You can also enjoy a gourmet break with a snack of local specialities such as crêpes and milk-skin cakes. Les Carmottes also offers activities for groups, including visits to the vegetable garden, jam-making workshops and discovery games based on the tastes and scents of plants. The farm is open every day, but by appointment only.
