Located in Neuville-sur-Seine, Maison Philippe Prié, whose winemaking origins date back to 1737, is an emblematic Champagne address. This champagne house, founded in 1951, bears an aristocratic, medieval name. Know-how and state-of-the-art technology coexist here. The house wines age for at least three years before showing their beautiful color and fine bubbles. As for the Millésimes, they rest for five to six years. Comfortably seated in the cellar, you can taste the Clérambault cuvées, Tradition with its aromas of ripe fruit, Rosé version of red fruit, Carte Noire Brut and the Millésimes. Extra-Brut and Rosée de Saignée are also available.

Concerned about the environment, the Baudry house produces champagne with a viticulture in organic conversion. In the Classics, the Héritage cuvée is a 100% fruity pinot noir that reveals the roundness and aromatic power of this emblematic grape variety. The Cuvée Brut Millésime 2012, a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, is a round wine that expresses itself in the mouth with delicate fruit, typical of chardonnay. The cuvée Privilège is a wine of character and balance. Finally, the Brut Rosé is a pleasure wine revealing aromas of young fruits.
