Chef Cédric cooks with fresh produce and carefully selects his French meats. His specialty? The cordon bleu, boldly revisited, with a special mention for the salmon, Emmental and Riesling cream cordon bleu. Accompanied by a fine local wine: over 100 references on the à la carte menu.
