We arrive here in a very beautiful stone house with a square tower and vaulted cellars dating from the 17th century. It is Vincent Bartnicky who will make you discover his House and his wines. At his place, the bottles are still stirred by hand, an operation that precedes the disgorging phase. You will find 100% pinot noir champagnes or pinot/chardonnay blends. We especially like the cuvée Elegarose and the cuvée Fût de chêne, original and convivial wines.

This estate consists of 9 ha of vineyards that are cultivated biodynamically since 2012. The grape variety is almost traditional. It is indeed composed mostly of pinot noir (77%), chardonnay, meunier and pinot blanc (16%). Several cuvées are available for sale, including the Brut Nature, Blanc de blancs and Rosée de Saignée. These are little jewels in which you will find notions dear to the owners such as terroir, passion and patience!

Today, Thierry and his wife Jennifer run this beautiful estate founded in 1945. This dynamic duo takes great care of their 9-hectare vineyard, predominantly pinot noir, which is now cultivated sustainably. We're delighted to discover such atypical cuvées as Blanc de Noirs, a lively, fruity 100% pinot noir, excellent as an aperitif. Cuvée Prestige 2010, a 100% chardonnay, expresses depth and soft citrus aromas. Jennifer's American roots will undoubtedly facilitate the company's commercial development abroad.

Thanks to its 10 ha vineyard, this family estate now produces around 110,000 bottles a year. Over the years, the sales network has expanded, and the winery now exports to countries such as England, Denmark and Japan. Don't miss out on their 8 very well-crafted wines. The Réserve Brut will impress your guests as an aperitif, the Demi-Sec can be enjoyed as a cocktail, the Extra Brut can be enjoyed with a fine shellfish platter, and the Millésime 2015 will subtly impose itself at the table with a "terroir" menu.
