Since 1973, in the heart of the Côte des Bar region, the Senez family has been cultivating 21 hectares of vines using sustainable viticulture methods, certified as High Environmental Value (HVE). Pinot Noir reigns supreme, vinified without malolactic fermentation to preserve all its freshness. The house's flagship cuvée, Blanc de Noirs, 100% Pinot Noir, aged for over 30 months, reveals aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit. Winner of international awards, it has a fine mousse and long finish. A house passionate about its terroir, to be discovered without further delay.
