LA FROMAGERIE DE MUSSY
The chaurois region now has only seven chaource producers, but this preserves the name. The Mussy Cheese Factory has been the flagship of the small auboise commune since 1885, where it was then located in the municipality of Mussy-sur-Seine, and offers a direct sale of its products, especially AOC Chaource and the cheese cheese, as well as traditional cheese from all regions of France.
